The mission of ChildLightUSA is to provide educational support to anyone wishing to learn more about utilizing the educational methods of Charlotte Mason; to share these methods with teachers, administrators, home educators, and university communities throughout the world; and to bring together in community all the voices of those who currently use these methods in their own educational practice.

These books, first published in the golden age of children's literature from 1880 and 1920 and long out of print, are reprinted in modern easy-to-read type for today's readers. Living Books Curriculum highly recommends this site and uses many of Yesterday's Classics books in our curriculum.
