Grade Three and Above Art and Music

For the early grades in LBC, we recommend art studies to improve hand-eye coordination. The music studies for the early grades create interest and readiness for more in-depth studies later on. For Grade Three and up, LBC provides study guidelines (though not the literature or CD’s) in the teaching manual for picture study and composer study. Following Charlotte Mason’s guidelines, we introduce an artist or composer each of the four terms.
