The Grade Five Curriculum Package includes:

- The 214 page Grade Five Teaching Guide, a complete guide to homeschooling using the Living Books Curriculum method, presented in our new lay-flat, wire-bound format. The Teaching Guide comes with the Grade Five Resource CD.
- Term-by-term overview of each subject and a week-by-week schedule that details how to use the literature to teach each subject.
- Flexible scheduling using the LBC trademarked "Planning for Learning" method which uses 36-weeks in all, divided into four terms. Each term has an end-of-the term narration question to aid the parent in assessment of learning.
