Hey ladies,

I think I remember that some here have gluten and dairy allergies. Would you mind giving me some of your favorite suggestions for items that could be used for Easter. I will have guests who have these dietary needs as well as having them myself - and I'm wanting to spread my wings a bit and try a few new recipes. I have some tried and true ones for choc. chip cookies and an amazing cake/ cupcake recipe, but I would like to try other items/ flavors. Any recipe that uses either almond flour or coconut flour would be VERY appreciated as these are my two fav's to use.

Well, in response to the thread wondering where everyone is, how about if we start an easy one. What is the most challenging part of implementing CM's methods for you?

I'm curious what others do for the "mother culture" CM mentions in her books. This is my second year using only CM methods across the board for school. Though it's a wonderful approach, I still have those moments where I think if I were a bit more intentional about developing (for lack of a better word) the MC, it would help to everyone even through the end of winter blahs. So, what do you do? If you've not started, what kinds of things do you intend to do?
